Here's one on Ebay that is the exact thing I have. This one, as mine, does not include the vacuum pump, which was fine I had a freind who gave me one that pulls to -30. I litterally sole mine for 205. This one is still a great deal at 650. It's on Craigs list for 700, same one. New with pump I think they go for about 2000-2500. It will hold up to 40 pounds of meat and pull a vacuum, thus expanding the fibers pulling the brine deep into the meat and you have bacon etc in a few hours vs several days. Some will go right from the tumbler to the smoker but I like to give them an overnite rest if I can. Give me a call if you want more detail6514372246. These things are freaking AWESOME!!
