I smoke briskets, butts, and ribs regularly, and usually have brisket or pork butt in the freezer for sandwiches at lunch. But I cook food on the grill several times each week -- steaks, pork chops, pork tenderloins, chicken drumsticks or wings or breast, salmon, bass, and vegetables -- hamburgers pretty often in the summer -- and sausage occasionally. Tell me something to grill that's not on my list. I'm looking for something new for a change. As they say, variety is the spice of life.
