I have one of the stainless models. There used to be a couple places that sold these in Memphis, but no longer. I think Genuswine was in the Reelfoot Lake Area. I like mine, but sometimes I need to cook more than it can hold. It will cook a total of 8 boston butts or 16 racks of ribs with rib racks. It holds temps really well. I just start a load of charcoal in the Weber chimney and when its ready I pour it into the firebox. I do this every 2 1/2 to 3 hours depending on the temp outside.
