LOL at Keep it Weird City. Guess the hippie attitude that was so strong in Austin in the 70s will never die. I was here through it all. Sometime after Christmas when I'm at the Central Market, I'll see if they have oysters in the shell. May just be a seasonal item that they have in the fall. I cooked a Tri Tip a few days ago, as something for a change, and wasn't happy with it because it is such a tough piece of meat, even when taken off medium rare and sliced against the grain. Definitely won't have that problem with oysters.
