I cooked a pork butt, two breasts, and two racks of ribs last weekend for gifts at the office. Smoked a whole turkey on Wednesday for the Ronald McDonald House. Got a case of pork butts on now for 60 lunches and a few other customers. Also have a SRF brisket on for family dinner tonight. And going to smoke an dry-aged CAB standing rib roast for Christmas dinner. It's been a busy week, for me that is.
