I'm with you. everything in the sgtore is pumped 10-15% already and you pay for that. I don't like to brine just to replace their salt water with slightly flavored water of my own. I like a really good seasoning (surprise, I make a rub starting with skippyP's as the base) and I start low and finish hot.
