But emails obtained as a Rep - NO WAY. That was a "professional" contact and should not be SLOPPED over to a position on the Board.

Here's an example - I'm an employee of the Sheriff's Office - if I run for Sheriff, I am forbidden to use ANY information/data I'm privledged to as an employee. I can't even take a picture in my uniform. Now the reigning Sheriff can use any and all that information/knowledge and uniformed pictures - it's his/her office.

See the correlation? Info obtained as a direct result of BOD - ok; info gained as a Rep - not ok.

Does a person who is not a Rep have access to that same data?
