Like you, I, too, "get" both sides of the issue, and agree that privelged info should be off limits. But, a wide variety of lists like civic club and professional association memberships, etc., IMHO could be considered privileged, but they're often used for general solicitations for donations at least, if not voter solicitation lists. So, ultimately, I guess it comes down to one's personal view. No question, it IS, properly, a sensitive issue. Good Q'en On Ya'. John
