gotta tell ya, I never gave your method much thought as I always figured lo n slo was the "proper" way to cook "bbq". due to Christmas being on sunday and and our sit down time being around 5pm and not wanting to cook through the night, I thought what the hey, I'll try it. Well turns out just as I should have guessed which was "proper" methods are always gonna be trumped by good results. Will never do one any other way. Thanks
