I cook the butts, shred the meat and lightly sauce. Then I vacuum pack them as well. In my opinion, vacuum packing really helps to keep the pork tasting great even months down the line. To reheat, I defrost in the microwave and then reheat in a pot with a bit of liquid (water or thinned out BBQ sauce). Regards
