after many cook-offs, we have a lot of pulled pork left over, I divide it up into smaller (1 gal size) and vac seal it with my Food Saver. When we are ready for it, we put it in a slow cooker (crock pot) with some apple juice until its hot. Then just before serving, add some more of our sauce if needed. It works great for us, we have even vended some of this pork at some of the events on the night before the contest begins.
