As I stood in line watching that roast being carved to the bone, the guy was giving people as much as they asked for. If the KCBS-er asked for more, he carved more. THey need to be told one serving and they can come back for more after everyone has gone through the line. A nice 6-8 oz serving and plan on that and make sure you have a carver who knows what 8 oz max is.
