I generally figure that each butt, whole brisket and whole loin will feed 15-20 guests. Not sure on the chix, but i would go with that. You get 5-6, 2 bone rib samplers per rack with some extra odd shaped ones. Try cooking 12 racks. You should have plenty to eat if you do some basic portion control.
