How is the Sam's registration going in San Diego? There are numerous factors. Distance is no longer the main factor. Density of teams is. If the majority of teams that are competing, are non-KCBS members, how can KCBS give an accurate estimation for teams? Final numbers aren't accurate because no one knows the percentage of the cooks were members or not. Especially in areas that have no history to fall back on. If the shoe was on the other foot, the organizers would be beotching
