Hi, I use to marinate my ribs in apple cider before to grill them on the charcoal. Sadly it will be damn too cold in Québec city this sunday to heat up the grill. So I resign to use the oven... and I'm pretty sure my wife won't let me put hickory chips in there.
Should I add liquid smoke in the apple cider? How much in for bottle?
