Yes! We do this every year at Super Bowl. Heat the cooler with hot tap water and dry the cooler. Wrap the ribs in plastic wrap while hot and don't be cheap on the wrap. Micowave a damp towel to get it steaming hot and keep it on top of the stack of ribs. This will last for hours. Just remember that with the heat the ribs will still be cooking. If you were having them judged, they might be a little overdone, but for eating, falling off the bone is great.
