I was cooking on an FEC100 and a CS-1320 (wholehog) last few seasons, I swapped out the Whole Hog this year for a Yoder. It's 10 Gauge steel, so holding 200-250 isn't a problem. It puts out a nice smoke profile at those temps. I will say that quality pellets seem just as important to that; I never got a good smoke profile out of Traeger pellets (if that is what you are using)
