Rick1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Salt
1 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Cup Bourbon
21/2 Cups White Wine
11/2 Tbs. Garlic Powder
11/2 Tbs. Onion Powder
11/2 Tbs. Tabasco Sauce
2 Bay Leaves
Combine all ingredients in large zip lock bag or plastic container with lid.Mix well then place salmon in marinade so that it is covered completely. Let marinate in refrigerator at least 3 hours preferably 6 hours. Place in smoker at 225 for 11/2 to 2 hours using apple or cherry wood. Remove from smoker and enjoy the flavor
