Here are the ingredients in my Asian Barbecue Glaze that I use on my cedar planked Slammin' Salmon. The keys are the cherry preserves, hoisin and mirin.

3 Scallions (green tops only), washed and sliced thin
1/3 cup Cherry preserves
1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
1/4 cup Mirin
1/8 cup Seasoned rice wine vinegar
1/8 cup Water
1/8 tsp Ground ginger
1/8 tsp Ground white pepper
10 drops Sesame oil
