Our experience has been that a 10K event will typically have an entry fee that falls somewhere between $250-$350 depending on what, if any, amenities are offered most notably power. This would be for a 20x20 site.

Extra charges would be for larger spaces, 20 amp electrical service (if not already included in the entry fee), electrical service in excess of 20 amps, etc.

A contest organizer will typically have some kind of limitations on space so the more space an individual team takes up, the more it will cost because the extra space used is space that cannot be used for another team.

The basic rule of thumb is larger your footprint, the more it will cost you.
