I picked up a side of beef from Bichelmeyer's in Kansas City on Saturday. Decided steaks were in order for Sunday dinner. Thawed two ribeyes and two KC Strips. Drizzled with olive oil and rubbed with Oakridge BBQ Santa Maria Steak seasoning. Let sit for about 2 hours and then onto the grill and cooked to medium rare. Beautiful color and fantastic flavor! Made for a great meal sided with baked potatoes and a wedge salad.
