In Edinburgh. Charlie's roommate opens kitchen cabinet to reveal bottles upon bottles of single malt scotch, each one different. This was the beginning of the lesson to teach the American the "finer differences between single malt scotch". Lesson went great but unfortunately I couldn't remember it the next day. Wasn't really that bad but after 6 or 7 drinks you forget what number one tasted like. I hated the Scotch that I had tasted here in USA. The blended stuff. But let me tell you, some of that 20 year old single malt ain't half bad.
