I have all my domains registered with godaddy and they are fine for that. If you have a very,very simple web page then godaddy might be fine for that type of a web page. However, many times web pages require other tweaking of servers to work and godaddy will not do that for you. I recently attempted to build a web page on godaddy because that is who the client wanted to host his web page. To build the web page the server we needed to have a third party application installed on the server and the latest version of PHP. After fooling with godaddy for way too long I gave up and I can tell you that godaddy is not a place to build serious web page on. I will never recommend that anyone use godaddy for web hosting.
