I agree on amount of items with grits but they asked to make sure u had both items for them. Having a separate table just off end of buffet table that has shrimp and grits being put into bowls for them to take as they go to seating area which will keep line flow going smoother. Will most likely do a pasta or potato dish or even a rice/corn/cheese casserole.....
