Not sure if it helps or if you will have a cooker, but we pull ours, pan it in full sized aluminum pans before putting in the fridge. To reheat, we add about 1 1/2 cups of apple juice and put it in cooker or above firebox until it reaches 170 degrees. Stirring occasionally Might be able to do same in oven if no cooker. We do 500 pounds a year at a fund raiser this way.
