22 quart roaster pan, they cost 50-60 bucks and you will enjoy having it many times. If meat dries out I like to add plain water or a very lite pork or chicken broth. It will start to concentrate on you after while so I stay away from anything too flavored like apple juice and other things that may take over. If it tasted right coming out of the pit, why change it in the roaster. If you add any juices, once is enough, water or unsalted stock after that. And yes, when cooking save all you drippings, defat, and add back to meat before you freeze it up.
