I bought my gear reduction motor from Grainger. I also bought my pully's from them also. I used them just in case something was to get caught inside the cooker, it wouldn't tear things up. The belt would slip.
As for what I bought, I can not remember, but I do know I got my racks to rotate 1 1/2 rotations per minute. I tried for one, but I could not figure out what sizes to make the two pully's to do that.
