I think my Kingfisher rotisserie had a Dayton 3M326 gearmotor with a 5X400 magnetic brake on it. You'll want to gear that down from 4 rpm to 1 rpm with a 2" sheave on the motor shaft and an 8" sheave on the rotisserie shaft. I think that gets you pretty close, anyway.

Grainger should have everything you need.
