I have one of the first 36 that Lang built and it is great. I have smoked everything from brisket to cheese. Its so air tight that you can really control it. To smoke cheese you have to stay below 90 deg for hours and its hard to find a smoker in the 1k range that will do that. Its a great buy for the money
