Has anyone ever made this? I'm doing some research about it now. Actually I'm researching the sweet potato flour to use in it. I see that you can buy it online but 2 things...It's expensive and it's white. I've found some stuff from George Washington Carver on how to make the flour but it's very vague about the way it turns out (dryness, elasticity etc).
I'm trying to cut back some pitfalls when I make this for my bbq pot pies and I'm wondering if anyone out there has any experience in making this flour.
