They have always been very responsive to me. I sent my old non wifi as well as my wifi (I bought it early) back to them for the updates and they said they would turn it around the next day. It arrived to them on the 18th which means I should have had it last friday at the latest. I received the probes I ordered promptly last week.
I would just think they would answer their email and voicemail since their phone lines are down.
I still believe it is a superior product that what else is out there for my applications.
Just was wondering if anyone had any information on this delay with communication other than the notice on website.
