just s though on your friends cooker giving him problems cooking in a cross wind. trun the fire box 45 degrees into the wind. this will fix the problem. i know first hand...... this will work. if it is sit up on a trailer and cant be moved. use a piece of flex pipe over the exhaust and trun the top of it away from the wind. this also will work.
