You are in luck. I just happen to have the "Proper Credentials" to dispose of it for you. I'm in a good mood, too. Just ship it all to me, and I won't charge you a thing. You just pay the shipping.
Seriously, it can be a strong flavoring wood, but just let it cure a little longer and mix it with something else .. It gives a nice, reddish/mahogony color to the meat, too.
