I went to the WoodShop today. It was a huge disappointment.I should have known when the sign on the front said wood fired and I couldn't smell any smoke there was a problem.

There was no hint of smoke in the pulled pork plate I had at all. No bark and two big pieces of fat. I don't believe Lockharts has any competition there even though the Woodshop's menu said they were voted the best pulled pork at some point. Those who voted evidently have never eaten at Lockharts.

And I didn't care that much for the mac 'n cheese.
