I usualy figure a quart per case. Now that depends on how heavy you apply the rub and how many slabs of ribs in a case. I go a little heavier on the meat side than on the bone side and have about 15 slabs in a case. Using this formula, you will need about 20 quarts or 5 gallons. Your mileage may vary.
