Good answer. It's the name that is putting people off and the media jumping on it like a wild animal on a fresh kill, pretty pathetic really but not surprising. I grind my own meat because I like it better and have control over coarseness and cuts I like, and if anyone is worried about what's added to ground beef for a relatively small investment and a few hours they should do the same. In a short afternoon you can grind a hundred pounds and have it wrapped and in the freezer and hardly get thru a 12 pack! As was said, if people want to REALLY see what's behind the curtain there are WAY bigger fish to fry as to what is in our food that we consume every day. LFTB is not as big a deal as the hype is making it. my 2c
