I have recipies for anouille and regular hot dogs that require cold smoking @ 120 degreres. My Yoder Cheyenne temp guage doesn't go that low, and I don't seem to be able to maitain that low temp witth charcoal, wood chunks or chips. Is it possible or do I buy an electric? If electric, Bradley or Master Craft?
