In a post Mary Ann made a few days ago she mentioned another cookbook named "Seven Fires grilling the Argentine way." I fist heard about this book at the American Royal last year and had forgot about it until Mary Ann mentioned it.
So I ordered it and and it arrived a couple of days ago. It's a fantastic cookbook. I'm going to try the "Pork Tenderloin with Burnt Brown Sugar, Orange Confit and Thyme this weekend. I know I have way too many cookbooks.
