Potluck at Sam's Club Thornton

Backdraft BBQ will be hosting the Potluck at the Sam's event in Thornton on Friday at 6:30pm either at my trailer/tents or at the judging tent (if they let us use it) depending on weather.
I am thinking of a mexican food themed potluck with it being Cinco de Mayo weekend. And the one we did in Sante Fe last year went very well. All teams, judges and Reps are welcome.
