I have nothing against pink slime, but I think it should be labeled properly. And that goes for other types of food that is processed in some way and things added to it whether it's pork, chicken, ostrich, bison, crackers, cookies, or whatever.
I think there is a movement in this country toward informed consumers and the sooner business acknowledges this the more security they will have with the fickle and easily persuaded public.
