A lot of factors Dan. The book has been out of my hands for over a year so those recipes are at least a year and probably close to two years old. My recent success actually started after the book was written.
But also I can't write recipes that include multiple named commercial products for a book like this. So these recipes are legit comp recipes with some variance of the flavors, but you might be surprised at how well some of them would do. I once wrote a recipe like this and later found out that a lot of guys were winning with it. I now use that one :)
