This weekend I will be cooking wings as part of the Sam's Club contest tour sponsored by Tyson. Question is which works best. The fresh chicken wings in the butcher case (Tyson) or the frozen chicken wings in the frozen food cabinet (again Tyson).
Should I try smoking them in my Lang 60 or drop back to my trusty rusty Weber charcoal kettle?
