For those that have some experience w/ them, could you do a whole kcbs contest on 1 if you only do 3 meats on it (butts/brisket done overnight at high heat & ribs in the morning (I'd probably do chicken on another smoker) I've seen a couple of Youtube videos of them but can you run the smoker w/o a Guru of some kind or does it need one? Also is the bottom cool enough that you could set it on one of those white pvc type folding tables or would you need something between the 2 to act as a heat barrier? Exploring new smoker options I might do for contests
