Season with salt and pepper, a little flour dredge and brown off pieces, put in pad and cover with onions and fresh mushrooms and some fresh herbs of choice, just a touch of nutmeg. Add some chicken stock and cream and braise til tender. Remove rabbit pieces and thicken sauce if needed and pour over the rabbit in a serving dish. Serve with creamy mashed and some nice veggies, brussel sprouts come to mind or fresh spinach.
