Lately the trend in many parts of the country has been garnishing with parsley standing on end trying hard to look like a golf coarse putting green. From the beginning this has been the only part of contesting I hate with a passion. My big hands a made to handle a knife not tweezers.
Do you mark down (or maybe better said: not mark up) a box that is using regular lettuce like everyone used to turn in?
