Grill for one person

I'd like a gas grill, but usually I'll just be grillin' for myself. It seems like a side-burner would be nice (usually if something's there I seem to be able to find a use for it). I'm considering the Napoleon SE325 w.o. a side-burner($600), or the Weber Genesis E-330 w. a side-burner ($799). The Napoleon is much smaller. Is there a down-side to getting the Weber? I'm thinking I could use a clean section of the Weber each time I grill, then once the whole surface of the grates are dirty turn the thing up "high" & clean the grates. But I've also read where grills should be burned-off after each use.
