Have butterfied the pork butt for sliced. At what temp do you pull the butt from the smoker? Insta-probing in the money muscle. Pulled one at 180 and it didn't slice very well. Wanted to break apart. If you pull earlier then that is the meat going to be tender enough? I love pulled pork but don't much care for sliced pork but have to give the judges what they want. So working on sliced.
