Alto Shaam Low temperature smoking ovens

Hi, Does anyone here have any exprerience working commercially with these Alto Shaam smoking ovens?
What are the pros and cons?
As they only produce smoke for one hour, do they give a good smokey flavour?
When roasting beef, do they go hot enough to give a nice roasted flavour?
I was told that they don't require sitting under ventelation. Is this right?
