Thanks for the review, I'm going to try them out. Now heres one for you, no names will be mentioned. A place at my cabin in Isle started making ribs of a nice custom texas pit. The told me how they made them so I gave it a try. Spare ribs with the membrane still on them, Way over smoked, dusty dry and finished with s burnt on sauce. Amazingly they claim that these ribs are made by an award winning chef, found out through the grape vine that he is award winning...At Bowling!
