I just ordered a CEP-310, one thing that concerns me is potentially slower heat up times with only 3 burners, CEP 330 has a side burner and a sear station. Does anyone have experience with the sear station? is it some particulalry useful feature and how does it differ from a regular 4th burner? I guess it's output simply cannot be controlled so all it is good for is getting the grill hot faster?
Does the sear station do something that the regular burners cannot? I have no use for the side burner, but this sear station has me questioning my choice as I really wanted a 4 burner grill with this size and I am afraid the 310 will be a bit anemic in power. Unless it pulls off some magic, which all reviews indicate it will, i can still change my order.
